For most events, our venue includes:

5 hours of event time

3 hours of set-up + 1 hour of breakdown

1 hour of rehearsal or sound check

2 private dressing rooms

An easily accessible and very large parking lot

The property is also exclusively yours, with full use of its 9 acres of outdoor property + the indoor mansion
